When I first decided I liked Landscape photography I hadn’t counted on the fact I would be living in the flattest part of the UK - East Anglia. No mountains, no dramatic scenery, no large hills and unpredictable Hill weather. I have come to realise though that it isn’t always about those things to make a great landscape image.
Cambridgeshire is a fairly rural county (well, what the UK classes as rural) and you don’t have to go far to find interesting compositions.
This evening I went to the Mullard Observatory just outside of Cambridge. This year I’m going to make a concerted effort to take more landscape shots around East Anglia.
